摘    要:针对电加热炉多变量系统存在大惯性、慢时变、非线性及交叉耦合严重等特点,提出采用基于非参数模型的动态矩阵控制方法,并用预测补偿的思想进行解耦设计,使解耦设计大为简化。实时控制表明这种算法对多变量系统是有效的。

Abstract:Considering the electrical heating furnance's properties of large inertia,slow time -varying, nonlinearity, as well as serious cross coupling, and so on,the Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) based on a model without parameters is proposed. A method of feedforward predictive compensation decoupling control is adopted,which makes it very easy to design a decoupling system. The real-time control result shows that the algorithm is available for the multivariable system.
