摘    要:教育理论课理论性强,在教学法和课堂教学结构层面易形成教师“一言堂”与“满堂灌”、学生被动接受等局面。“四步八字”教学法能使教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用有机结合。但在实施过程中,必须排除学生的一些心理障碍,使学生大胆地参与教学过程,这样,学生的主体作用才能得到充分发挥。

Abstract:When the courses of educational theory are conducted, due to their theoretical character, there often appears a situation in which "one person alone has the say", the teacher dominates the class or the students are thrown into passivity in terms of teaching methods and classroom teaching structure. The "four-step and eight-character" teaching method facilitates an organic combination of the dominating role by teachers and the principal part by students. However, in the course of its implementation, some psychological obstacles have to be cleared away in order to enable students to take an active part in the process of teaching. Only in this way, can students' principal part be brought into full play.
