摘    要:超声辐射分子碘催化下,以芳香乙二醛和苯硫脲为原料,一步合成1,5-二芳基硫代乙内酰脲.考察了反应物配比、超声辐射功率、辐射时间等对反应的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件:芳香乙二醛和苯硫脲、碘的投料比为1.1:1.0:0.02;超声辐射功率为400W,辐射时间为40-45min,产物收率可达80%~95%.产品经1R、1HNMR、MS表征了其结构.

Abstract:The method of synthesizing 1,5-disubstitutes thiohydantoins by arylglyoxals and phenyl-- thi- ourea in only one step under ultrasound irradiation catalyzed by iodine is reported. This paper also studies the factors that influence the synthesized products, and defines the optimal conditions for the operation:the feeding ratio of arylglyoxals to phenyhhiourea to iodine is 1.1 : 1.0 -" 0.02 ;the ultrasound irradiation pow- er is 400 W,the irradiation time is 40~45 min,and the yield of corresponding products is over 80%~95%. The structures of the products were confirmed by IR, MS and 1 H NMR spectroscopy. Compared with tradi- tional methods, this methodology is rapid in reaction rate, high in yield, convenient in manipulation and eco- friendly in environment.
