| 摘 要： | 海洋科技是21世纪人类最有可能取得重大突破的领域之一;是世界各海洋大国激烈竞争的战场;也是我国科技未来发展极具潜力的研究领域,应当给予深切的伦理关怀。本文从伦理学的视角审视海洋科技的历史发展、当代展现及未来憧憬,分析海洋科技发展的正负面效应,培养公众海洋科技伦理意识。

| Abstract: | Marine science and technology is one of the realms for mankind to obtain he important breakthrough in 21st century;is the battlefield for large ocean states in the world to compete fiercely;and is also the research realm with great potentials on the future development of our country's science and technology,and we should be deeply concerned with it in ethics.This text will give the ethical examination on the history development,the contemporary display and the imagination in the future of the marine science and technology,and analyze the positive and negative effect of the development of the marine science and technology,and marine science and technology in ethics. |
