摘    要:全无机钙钛矿CsPbX_3量子点因具备光致发光量子效率高、禁带宽度可调、激发带宽窄等优异的光学特性,在照明、显示领域备受关注。介绍了该体系材料的主要制备方法,如热注入法、过饱和再结晶法、微波辅助法、一步旋涂法、阴离子交换法和化学气相沉积法等,总结了在光学性能调控、有毒元素Pb替换或掺杂方面的研究进展,探讨了面临的问题及未来发展方向。

Abstract:All-inorganic perovskite CsPbX3 quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention in the field of lighting and display due to their excellent optical properties such as high photoluminescence quantum efficiency, adjustable band gap, and narrow excitation bandwidth. The prevailing fabrication approaches of above materials were introduced, such as heat injection method, supersaturated recrystallization, microwave-assisted method, one-step spin coating method, anion exchange method and chemical vapor deposition method, etc. The research progress in optical performance control, Pb substitution or doping of toxic elements was summarized. The potential problems and promising prospect of this material were discussed briefly.
