基于认知能力的民航飞行员陆空通话绩效研究

为提高民航飞行员的陆空通话绩效,基于认知心理学,分析飞行员的注意力、短时记忆能力、思维能力和语言能力四项认知能力对其陆空通话绩效的影响。选取20名飞行学员作为被试,模拟飞行员与管制员陆空通话,通过分析被试在各项认知能力下陆空通话绩效,并结合专家对各项认知能力赋的权值,建立飞行员综合认知模型。结果表明：飞行员的注意力分配和短时记忆能力对其陆空通话绩效的影响显著;其思维能力对错误指令的识别具有显著影响;语言能力显著影响飞行员要求管制员重复指令的次数。飞行员较高的认知能力,对提高陆空通话绩效,保障航空器安全运行具有重要意义。

Research on performance of civil aviation pilots" radiotelephony communication based on cognitive ability

In order to improve the performance of civil aviation pilots" radiotelephony communication, based on cognitive psychology, the influence of four cognitive abilities including pilots" attention, short-term memory, thinking ability and language skills on the performance of radiotelephony communication were studied. Twenty student pilots were selected as the participants to simulate the radiotelephony communication between pilots and air traffic controllers. By analyzing the performance indicators of radiotelephony communication under various cognitive abilities and combining with the experts" weighting on various cognitive abilities, a comprehensive cognitive model was established. The results showed that different attention distribution and differences in short-term memory ability resulted in significant differences in radiotelephony communication performance; The ability of thinking has a significant impact on the identification of erroneous instructions; language skills has a significant impact on the number of times a repetitive instruction is required to be regulated. High cognitive ability is of great significance for pilots to improve the performance of radiotelephony communication and ensure the safe operation of aircraft.
