| 摘 要： | 企业在进行多项目管理时,为了整体利益最大化,需要对各个项目进行资源优化配置。而进行多项目资源优化配置的前提是确定各个项目优先级。针对不同规模不同类型的企业,提出了简明易用的异权重项目等级划分模型,帮助企业快速初步地进行项目优先级大致划分。并且为了使企业更加科学精准地确定项目优先级,提出了项目排序层次分析模型。通过这两种模型确定项目优先级,为多项目资源优化配置打好基础。

| Abstract: | In multi-project management,enterprises need to optimize the allocation of resources for each project in order to maximize the overall benefits.And the premise of optimal allocation of multi-project resources is to determine the priority of each project.This paper proposed a simple and easy-to-use hierarchical model of projects with different weights for enterprises in different sizes and types,which can help them to quickly and initially classify project priorities.To determine the priority of projects in a more scientific and detailed way,the analytic hierarchy model of project ranking was proposed.Through these two models,the project priority will be determined and the foundation will be laid for the optimal allocation of resources for multiple projects. |
