基于绩效技术的高校图书馆信息素养教育探析

摘    要:从绩效技术的角度深入剖析影响高校图书馆用户信息素质教学效果的因素,分析信息素质教育的期望绩效以及现状,找出其中差距并分析产生原因,提出了时间、方式、层次三向量相结合的绩效设计,从突出效益和系统的价值上出发,阐述了高绩效的信息素质教学方式,并简述对信息素质教学进行的由个体到社会的5个不同层次的绩效评估。

Abstract:With the application of performance technology theory, this paper analyzes on the factors influencing the university library information literacy education, analyzes the expectation performance and the actuality of the information literacy education, gives out a performance design combined with time, mode and level. States high performance information literacy teaching mode on benefit and system value and elaborated the information literacy teaching method with high performance, then the performance evaluation of information literacy teaching through five levels from individual to society is also briefly discussed.
