| Abstract: | Considering the traits o f calisthenics as well as the principle of combining unified requirement with i ndividual treatment the paper puts forward the applications of the principles to the calisthenics teaching. The aims is to improve the quality of calisthenics e ducation, and lay a solid foundation for students conducting physical exercis es in lifetime. |
