| 摘 要： | 通过对西藏那曲县60户牧民社会经济状况的调查发现,所调查的牧户人口呈成长型结构（即总人口的67%为劳动力人口）,但由于牧民受教育水平较低,母畜比例和家畜出栏率均很低,仍然是＂自给自足＂型的初级草地畜牧业生产水平;牧民收入结构单一,主要来源于草地畜牧业。文章建议扩大母畜的饲养比例,通过新技术提高母畜的繁殖率和产奶量,以提高当地牧民生产和生活水平,达到增产增收的目的。

| Abstract: | The social and economical survey for 60 families were conducted in Naqu county,and the population structure of those families show a growing pattern（i.e.labor was about 67% of the total population）,however,the proportion of educated persons was low and the grassland-livestock production was still belonged to ＂self-supplied pattern＂ with single income structure and the main income for local farmers was grassland-animal husbandry.Therefore,present paper suggested that increases of reproduction rate and milk production through increase of the proportion of mew and yak cow and application of new technologies,which will be a key measurement to increase income and life level for local farmers. |
