红色旅游助推萍乡资源枯竭型城市经济社会转型路径研究

红色旅游业是绿色产业、朝阳产业,其快速发展不以资源消耗和环境污染为代价。因此,红色旅游业往往因其低消耗、污染少等优点成为革命老区资源枯竭型城市经济转型过程中优先发展的产业。本文以江西萍乡为例,指出作为资源枯竭型城市的革命老区萍乡应立足自身丰富的红色旅游资源,面向市场需求,把红色旅游业作为萍乡市新兴重点产业之一,对区域内安源红色文化资源开发利用,逐步发展成为煤炭产业的接续替代产业,使之成为地区新的经济增长点,为本地区经济成功转型创造良好条件。

Research on Red Tourism to Accelerate the Economic Transformation of a Resource--exhausted City of Pingxiang

The red tourism is a green industry and a sunrise industry, the rapid development of which is not at a cost of the resources and the environment. Because of the low resource degradation and the less environment pollution, the red tourism is always the development priority in the process of economic transformation of resource-exhausted cities in the old revolutionary base areas. In this paper, through an example of Pingxiang city in Jiangxi, it points out that the economic transformation in the resource-exhausted city of the old revolutionary base areas should be based on its red tourism resources. The red tourism should be put forward as one of the mainstay industries in Pingxiang. The development of Anyuan red culture will be the alternative industry instead of coal industry and also be a new economic growth point of this area, which will create right conditions for the successful economic transformation in Pingxiang.
