| 摘 要： | 文章主要运用文献综述和归纳演绎等研究方法,在概述远程教育在体育中的应用的基础上,针对西藏中小学体育师资缺乏的现状,提出了在西藏中小学体育教学中引入远程教育的思路,并就具体的实施步骤、操作细节和注意事项进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In the present paper,an idea of introducing distance education to physical teaching of primary and secondary schools in Tibet was proposed for the lack of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Tibet based on the outlining the application of distance education in physical education.The specific implementation steps,detailed operation and precautions of it were discussed as well. |
