载人飞船座舱内壁面温度偏差的预测

摘    要:为了预测载人飞船地面热平衡实验时座舱内壁面温度与太空飞行时的偏差,分析了座舱内空气对流换热的近似实验方法的局限性,指出了空气对流换热系数是影响壁面温度的主要因素。由于重力场的影响,载人飞船地面热平衡实验时座舱内的空气对流换热系数与太空飞行时不同,使壁面温度偏离于太空飞行时的真实情况。为了修正地面实验数据,提出了壁面温度偏差的预测方法。

Abstract:In order to verifying wall temperature deviations of manned space capsule on ground thermal equilibrium test with that on space flight, the limitations of approximate experiment of air convection heat transfer were analyzed for the ground test. The main influence factor of wall temperature is the coefficient of air convection heat transfer. Influence of gravity on air convection heat transfer result in coefficient of air convection heat transfer on ground gravity filed difference from that on space micro gravity field. Therefore, the wall temperature deviations come into existence between the two situations. Methods of predicting the wall temperature deviations were presented for verifying the deviations.
