| 摘 要： | 腐败是破坏社会和谐的最大毒瘤，反腐败是关系到党和政府生死存亡的重大政治任务。依法反腐是时代发展的必然选择，构建中国特色反腐败法律体系是其前提要求。我们要积极加入或签署反腐败国际公约或区域性公约，集中力量制定综合型反腐败法典，适时修订和完善其他相关的法律法规，努力推进反腐败的地方性立法工作。

| Abstract: | Corruption is the biggest evil for the social harmony. Anti-corruption as a major political task is vital to the survival of the Party and the government. The development of the times requires lawful fight against corruption and on the premises establishment of the anti-corruption legal system with Chinese characteristics, Through joining or signing the international conventions or regional conventions against corruption, a comprehensive anti-corruption code should be constituted. The relevant laws and regulations should be revised and improved timely and the local anti-corruption legislative process be promoted. |
