呋喃丙烯酸酯类香料的合成与研究

摘    要:本文用正交实验确定了呋喃丙烯酸丙酯合成的最佳条件,并以此为根据,适当改变催化剂浓硫酸的用量,合成了呋喃丙烯酸的甲酯、乙酯、异丙酯、丁酯、异丁酯、戊酯、异戊酯、己酯、庚酯、丙烯酯、环己酯和苯甲酯。通过IR, ̄1H-NMR等分析方法证实了它们的结构,还测定了它们的物理常数沸点、折射率等,并做了评香鉴定。

Abstract:The better condition of synthesis of propyl ester furanacrylic acid was found by its orthogonal experiment with changing the amount of catalyst of sulfuric acid. The synthesis of methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl,amyl, hexyl, isopropyl, isobutyl, isoamyl, allyl,cyclohexyl and benzyl ester of furanacrylic acid were completed. The structrues were confirmed by IR,  ̄1H-NMR. The physical constants including boiling point, refractive index et. alwere measured too. Aroma appraisal was given by Beijing Liyuan Essence Plant.
