| 摘 要： | 从系统集优的观点出发，按照精干主业、合理配置资源、自主经营、协调运行的原则，分析了电子商务环境下供应链系统重构的目标模式和基于目标模式的系统重构的组织结构模式与物流管理模式。表明组织结构TPL－TPL模式较适合于一般供应链系统的重构，而VMI－TPL模式较适合于某些特殊情况下的供应链系统的重构，进而提出了相应的物流管理模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of win-win, leaning on master affairs, rational to resource allocation, self-management and coordinate operation, this paper analyses the goal mode, the organization & structure mode and the logistics management mode for the reengineering of the supply chain system under electronic commerce. It is shown that the organization & structure TPL-TPL mode is fit to the general reengineering of the supply chain system and the organization & structure VMI-TPL mode is suitable for the special reengineering of the supply chain system. The corresponding logistics management modes are given out. |
