| 摘 要： | 目的:分析桥小脑角区肿瘤的MRI表现,以提高桥小脑角区肿瘤术前诊断的准确率.方法:收集一组经手术及病理证实的桥小脑角区肿瘤120例,全部病例行MRI平扫加增强检查.结果:本组120例中,其中听神经瘤45例、脑膜瘤37例、三叉神经瘤6例、表皮样囊肿8例、蛛网膜囊肿7例、胶质瘤6例、血管网状细胞瘤6例、海绵状血管瘤5例.肿瘤位于左侧桥小脑角区占64例,位于右侧桥小脑角区占59例.术前定位准确率为100%,定性准确率达97.5%.结论:MRI在桥小脑角区肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断中具有较高价值,可作为桥小脑角区肿瘤的术前首选检查方法.
