圆锥形件拉深成形智能化控制中侧壁起皱的研究

摘    要:对已有皱曲临界条件进行了修正,通过对圆锥形零件拉深成形中的侧壁起皱实验研究,验证了对皱曲临界条件的理论分析的合理性和可靠性,可以作为圆锥形零件拉深成形中模具设计、工艺参数制定的依据及智能控制的理论基础.

Abstract:On the base of improved criterion for the wrinkling, the experiment research for wall wrinkling of conical deep drawing is carried and the results which provides the data indicates the theory analysis is reliable and effective are gained. The experiment research proves the theory analysis for the wrinkling in deep drawing can also be used to design the tooling, process parameters and the basis of intellectual control in sheet metal forming.
