| 摘 要： | 针对细长杆件刚性差，易产生弯曲变形，在大尺寸配合中难以保证配合精度的问题，提出采用减少配合面长度，适当增大配合间隙的方法处理间隙配合问题，可降低杆件加工成本，满足配合精度要求。

| Abstract: | The low rigidity of long and thin pole often results in its bending deflection tendency,whichaffects the fitting accuracy in large-size fitting. For solving this problem,the method of reducing thelength of fitting surface and increasing the fit clearance is proposed to deal with clearance fitting. Thismethod helps lower the finished cost,meeting the requirements for fitting accuracy. |
