| 摘 要： | 在图书馆工作中要讲究科学精神,利用现代技术对现有信息进行智能化利用和分析;同时,不断追求人文精神,坚持科学发展观,做到以人为本,不断满足读者的各种需求。只有两者相互融合,不断提高图书馆的工作效率,图书馆才能发挥应有的社会效益。

| Abstract: | Library work requires scientific approach to intellectually make advantage and analyze the extant data.Meanwhile, it also requires continuous humanism, insistence of scientific thought of development and peopleorientation to meet various needs of readers. Only by the blending of science and humanism and continuouslyimprove working efficiency of library, can library exert its due social influence. |
