| 摘 要： | 文学翻译因其翻译对象——文学作品的特殊性,译者在翻译时经常会发挥自己的主观能动性去创造性地翻译原作品,造成译作在某种程度上背叛了原作,这种现象有其必然性,但应该有"度"。本文重点研究在翻译过程中,译者受到哪些因素的约束。

| Abstract: | Literary translation is unique because of its original text-literary works. In the process of translation, translators enjoy the freedom to translate creatively, which inevitably causes the treason to the original text. However, translators still should be restricted by some factors. This paper focuses on the research of restrictions to the translator＇s creative treason in literary translation. |
