镉及镉、锌共同作用对水芹菜部分生理特性的影响

摘    要:主要研究了镉及镉、锌共同作用时对水芹菜的毒害影响 ,测定了叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧阴离子含量、硝酸还原酶活性、过氧化物酶活性等生理指标的变化 .结论是 :超氧阴离子含量锌与镉表现为协同效应 ,而其他指标在wZn/wCd大于 1/ 2时为拮抗效应 ,而小于 1/ 2时表现为协同效应 .

Abstract:The paper mainly studied the toxic effects of single Cd and interaction of Cd with Zn on [ Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC].The cadmium concentration acetates was 0.1,1,10,50,100?mmol/L.5?mmol/L zinc was added to every single cadmium treatment. we measured the following physiological indexes: chlorophyll content, activity of peroxidase and nitrate reductase, soluble protein et al . Our conclusion was that : on the content of superoxide anion zinc showed a synergism with cadmium; while the other indexes zinc showed an Antagonism with cadmium when w Zn / w Cd >1/2,and Synergism when w Zn / w Cd <1/2.
