摘    要:利用新一代功能材料NdFeB来设计和制造永磁同步电动机,对样机的性能进行了介绍,尤其对电机起动过程中的电流、转矩、转速等进行了分析和仿真,给出了变化曲线,参数计算与实测值比较相一致,探讨了进行开环调速时,必须通过参数调整来抑制电机定子电流的措施。

Abstract:By means of new materials NdFeB,PMSMs are designed and manufactured. The prototype's performances are introduced and the startingcurrent, starting torque and revolution etc. are analyzed and simulated. The curves of the simulation results are shown and the values of parameters between the calculation and test results have better agreement. A discussion is given on the application of VVVF system to limiting amplitude of starting current through adjustment of machine parameters.
