| 摘 要： | 通过对温州医学院在校大学生进行艾灸预处理,观察艾灸预处理前后健美操运动后尿pH值的变化,从而探讨艾灸预处理对于运动后尿pH值的影响和机制.对8名普通在校大学生双侧足三里穴进行为期7天的艾灸,并分别于艾灸前后测定健美操运动后尿的pH值.实验结果表明,尿pH值增加,说明艾灸预处理能减少运动后尿乳酸的产生,使运动后尿pH值增加.
