补铬对经产母猪繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:试验选用哺乳期经产(4胎)大白母猪28头,随机分成4组(n=7),整个试验期为本次哺乳期第14天至下次仔猪出生.按照母猪的生理阶段饲喂阶段饲喂添加1.65mg/kg吡啶羧酸铬(CrP)的日粮:Ⅰ组(对照组):全期饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组(全期组):全期饲喂添加1.65mg/kg CrP的日粮;Ⅲ组(前期组):配种前饲喂添加1.65mg/KgCrP的日粮,配种后饲喂基础日粮;Ⅳ组(后期组):妊娠期前8周饲喂基础日粮,从第9周直到仔猪出生,饲喂添加1.65mg/kgCrP的日粮.结果表明,给母猪饲喂添加1.65mg/kgCrP日粮,可以显著缩短断奶后返情间隔(p〈0.05),提高窝产仔数(p〈0.05)和增加仔猪初生窝重(p〈0.05);并使断奶母猪返情前的血糖(p〈0.05)和血清总脂降低(p〈0.05),血清促黄体素(LH)升高(P〈0.05),但对仔猪初生平均个体重无影响(p〉0.05).因此,饲喂添加CrP日粮对提高经产母猪繁殖性能具有明显的正效应.

Abstract:Twenty - eight multiparous (4th parity) lactating Yorkshire sows, were randomly divided into 4 groups(n= 7) with one way random design, and the experiment was conducted from d14 of this lactation to the day of pig birth). I )control: basal diet (the whole period) ; II ) basal diet 1.65rog/kg CrP (the whole period) ; III ) basal diet 1. 65mg/kgCrP (from d 14 of this lactation to the end of breeding) ; IV )basal diet 1. 65mg/kg CrP (from 9 - wk of pregnancy to the the day of pig birth). The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of supplemental CrP on reproductive performance in multiparous sows in different period. The results showed the return - to - interval was shortened (p < 0. 05), the content of plasma glucose ( p < 0. 05) and serum total lipid (p< 0.05) were reduced significantly. Meanwhile, the concentration of LH was increased (p<0.05) . Compared with group I , III and IV , the litter size at birth was increased significantly in group II (p<0.05) ,but there was no difference on the mean individual pig weight among the four groups. The results indicated that supplemental CrP was beneficial to reproductive performance in multiparous sows.
