| 摘 要： | 利用统计学和科学计量学的指标和方法，建立了《期刊引证报告》(JCR)收录期刊的评价模型和期刊的分类模型，以期刊质量和水平作为评价论文质量和水平的依据，利用期刊的指数作为论文的指数，分国家、分学科对科研实力和水平进行评价和比较。

Evaluation of the international scientific research output and level |

| Abstract: | Based on the indexes and methods of statistics and scientometrics, this paper set up a statistical model for the evaluation and classification of the journals cited by JCR (abbrev. Journals Citation Reports). Taking the quality and level of the according journals as the basis of evaluating those of papers and taking the index number of journals as that of papers, this paper evaluates and compares the scientific research output and level according to different countries and different disciplines. |
