| Abstract: | By the way of analysing the city layout of Luoyang city in the period of SUI and TANG Dynasties, this paper discusses its inheritage of the traditional methods in the guideline of the architecture, the creative measures made during the process of the design of the concrete layout. The paper also tries to analyse its important role in the development of the ancient capitals as well as its influence on the later architectural thought. |
