| Abstract: | In order to handle the cooking fume pollution of catering facility efficiently and roundly, the author advocates the cooking fume purification. In this article, the author analyzes the present situation of cooking fume purification handling technology and the advantages and disadvantages of various purification handlings technologies, at the same time proposes the researching and developing direction of the future cooking fume purification handling technology. |
