| 摘 要： | 近年来《财务管理学》教科书虽几经修订,但仍然没有多少实质性的创新。为此,笔者从更新观念、重组目标、拓展内容和创新方法手段等方面阐述了创新《财务管理学》教材的思路和想法,以供重新编著和修订《财务管理学》教材时作为参考。
