| 摘 要： | 香港职业训练局是香港政府设立的专业职业教育培训和就业推广的法定机构。本文介绍了香港职业训练局的法定职能、下属的教育与训练机构、职前和在职训练的特色和成功经验,提出了改进高职学院实训模式、提高实训效果的几点建议。
