| Abstract: | Culture is a peculiar phenomenon of mankind society.It plays an important role in the construction and development of sports team.This article,based on the main content of the culture construction and the principle in its process,put forward the suggestion that the culture construction of sports team should be oriented on human beings,chosen and designed scientifically,transformed and generated rationally. |
