压力容器接管区应力强度因子的数值分析

摘    要:该文针对压力容器接管区高峰应变的特征,在不同孔径异形模拟试板应力应变场的光弹性分析基础上,应用奇异等参元,分析了裂纹尖端处应力强度因子,数值结果表明,与双参数法获得的应力强度因子较为吻合,为压力容器接管部位的设计和裂纹疲劳扩展分析提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:In view of the severe stress concentration and the characteristic of high strain gradients at the junction between the pressure vessel shell and the nozzle,photoelastic analysis of the stress-strain field of the simulating special shape plate of pressure vessel nozzles is carried out,two types of special shape plates is studied and the finite element models are established by using the singular isoparametric element.The stress intensity factors around cracks are obtained by means of the FEM which guarantees harmony of conjoint elements.The calculation results are in accordance with those by the double parameters method.This study provides a reliable basis for the design of the junction between the pressure vessel shell and the nozzle and the analysis of extending cracks.
