摘    要:本文提出了一种鉴定厌氧菌的新方法——色谱/红外光谱联用方法,该法由色谱部分实现对混合组分的分离,由红外部分实现对单一组分的定性、定量分析.文中讨论了以某两波长处的吸光度比值作为定性指标的定性方法,探讨了对编码重复的菌种的再区分.

Abstract:An analysis of anaerobe identification by a GC system and its problems are given. A new identifying method by a combination of GC and IR is proposed. With this method, the mixture is separated by GC and both the qualitative and quantitative analysis for single product are implemented by IR. The procedure for establishing IR qualitative index is discussed at some length and a qualitative analyzing method in which the ratio of absorptions at two different wavelengths is used as IR qualitative index is suggested. The redistinguishing of bacteria having the same code that cannot be identified by GC is discussed. Results of analysis by a computer simulated GC/IR system are given.
