摘    要:机舱检测和报警系统是现代化船舶自动化机舱的重要组成部分,针对国内部分船舶机舱检测和报警系统产品在功能和显示模式方面都无法完全满足自动化机舱发展的需要等缺点,采用了VC 可视化建模、数据库、网络等技术,设计和开发了船舶机舱监测和报警系统。该系统具有网络化和模块化结构,检测和报警采样点共735个,覆盖了机舱所有重要设备。为了简化系统结构和降低硬件成本,监测、报警、操作和控制功能全部由软件实现。仿真试验表明,系统的功能完善,显示模式多样化,有利于进行故障预测和诊断,也为船舶维修提供了较为充分的综合数据信息。该系统已经作为新一代大型船舶轮机模拟器的仿真子系统投入应用。

Abstract:One of the most important components of modern automatic engine room is monitoring and alarm system. Some domestic ship monitoring and alarm systems have deficiencies in functions and display modes, which can not meet the rapid development demand of the modern ship. A novel marine monitoring and alarm system based on visual modeling, database and network technology was designed and developed. The system configures in a network and modularization structure. To simplify system and reduce hard ware costs, monitoring, alarm, operation and control function were implemented by soft codes. The system includes 735 monitoring and alarm points which cover with main dynamical devices in marine engine room. The simulation results show that the system which has rich functions and multiform display modes is advantageous to prediction, diagnosis as well as providing integrate data for maintenance. This system has been applied to new type marine power plant simulator.
