摘    要:由于目前数字交叉连接设备(DCS)结构和交叉连接技术的限制,传统的基于DCS的自愈网(SHN)技术不能达到2s的业务恢复目标。提出了一种新的应用无源光开关的自愈网(SHNOS)结构和恢复策略,业务恢复是在光范畴内利用光纤代替传统的数字通道来实现的,而控制部分由目前的电方式的DCS系统完成。网络模拟表明,SHNOS可以在2s内完成网络自愈过程。

Abstract:Because of the limits of present Digital Cross connect Systems(DCS's)architecture and cross connect technology,the conventional Self Healing Network (SHN) technology can't achieve the 2 s service restoration objective.In this paper,we proposed a new SHN architecture and restoration strategy using optical switch (SHN OS).In stead of using conventional logical digital paths,SHN OS restored services using the fibers in the optical domain,and the restoration process is controlled by the present electronic DCS.Network case studies showed that SHN OS may restore services within 2 s.
