硅铁在铁液中的熔解动力学研究

摘    要:采用圆柱形硅铁试样,通过连续测量其浸入不同温度铁液后的体积和温度变化,对硅铁在铁液中的熔解动力学进行了研究。结果表明:硅铁浸入铁液至完全熔解分为两个时间,即铁壳壳期和熔解期;硅铁在高温铁液与低温铁液中的熔解机制不同,当铁液温度高于1330℃时,硅铁的熔解主要为熔化机制。

Abstract:Cylindrical ferro silicon specimens are immersed into liquid iron. The melting or dissolution rate and temperature at the center are measured continuously. Identified are the period of iron shell and that of melting or dissolution. According to the observation and analysis, formation explanation is gi ven to the conversion of ferro silicon into the liquid iron state. Melting prevails when temperature of liquid iron is higher than 1330 degrees. A two stage is observed when temperature of liquid iron is lower than 1300 degrees; it comprises of an initial reaction with liquid iron to form a mixture of liquid and solid and a subsequent dissolution behaviour.
