摘    要:为研究用于弹簧操动机构的侧切式阶梯型缓冲器的结构参数对缓冲特性的影响,通过分析缓冲器的工作原理,探究了其缓冲动态过程.根据伯努利定理建立了缓冲器缓冲的数学模型,提出了对当量直径计算的雷诺数进行修正的方法,解决了由月牙形节流缝隙造成的压力损失难以准确计算的问题.通过ADAMS与MATLAB联合仿真对弹簧操动机构作用下的缓冲器缓冲过程进行了数值模拟,分析了侧切式阶梯型缓冲器的活塞铣面间距以及铣面长度对缓冲特性的影响.研究结果为侧切式阶梯型缓冲器设计提供了理论指导.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the two-side-cut ladder buffer on the cushioning properties, the dynamic process of the buffer was explored by analyzing the working principle of the buffer. According to Bernoulli"s theorem, the mathematical model of the buffer was established, and the method of modifying the Reynolds number of equivalent diameter was proposed to solve the problem that the pressure loss caused by crescent shaped throttling gap was difficult to calculate accurately. Then, through the co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB, the buffering process of the buffer under the action of spring operating mechanism was numerically simulated,and the modeling results are verified. On this basis, the influence of different milling surface spacing and milling surface length on the cushioning properties of side cut stepped buffer was obtained by simulation. The results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for the design of two-side-cut stepped buffer.
