摘    要:系统地综述了切削加工表面粗糙度的影响因素和理论建模方法.将表面粗糙度的建模方法首先分为"简单"和"复杂"两类建模.随后,根据国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)标准对表面粗糙度参数的定义进行了分析,并根据影响表面粗糙度的因素进行了粗糙度理论模型归类.随后,从"简单"建模因素和"复杂"建模因素两个方面综述了脆性材料和塑性材料的理论建模方法和研究进展.评述了这些表面粗糙度理论模型的优缺点,并进行了划分.讨论了切削表面粗糙度理论建模的研究不足与展望.

Abstract:In this paper, the influencing factors and theoretical modeling methods of cutting surface roughness are systematically reviewed. Firstly, the modeling methods of surface roughness are divided into "simple" and "complex". Then, according to the ISO standard, the definition of surface roughness parameters is analyzed, and the theoretical model of surface roughness is classified according to the factors that affect the surface roughness. Then, the theoretical modeling methods and research progress of brittle materials and plastic materials are reviewed from two aspects of "simple" modeling factors and "complex" modeling factors. The advantages and disadvantages of these theoretical models of surface roughness are reviewed and classified. The deficiency and Prospect of theoretical modeling of cutting surface roughness are discussed.
