| 摘 要： | 通过对制约我国速度滑冰发展因素的分析,提出了加强两地合作,共同发展速度滑冰项目;建立科学的后备人才培养体系,突出重点人才的培养;加强教练员的队伍建设,培养技战术创新能力;进一步提高科学化训练水平等对策.旨在进一步推动速度滑冰项目的健康发展.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development of speed skating in China,puts forward the following countermeasures,to strengthen co-operation to promote joint development of speed skating,to establish a scientific back-up personnel training system and focus on training key professionalst,o strengthen the construction of coach staff and cultivate innovative ability in techniques and tactics,and to further scientifically improve training level.All these above aim to further promote the healthy development of speed skating in China. |
