摘    要:以苯胺作为导电聚合物单体,以醋酸纤维素作为成膜材料,以杂多酸(磷钼酸)为掺杂剂制备了杂多酸/导电聚合物复合膜,采用红外和紫外光谱等测试手段对复合膜进行表征.探索了杂多酸/聚苯胺复合膜制备的最佳工艺条件,并对其导电性能进行了研究.复合膜制备的最佳工艺条件为:苯胺与醋酸纤维素的最佳浓度配比为1:5,反应的最佳温度为15~2...

Abstract:Aniline as a monomer of conducting polymer,ordinary polymers such as cellulose acetate as film materials and phosphomolybdic acid as dopant,the polyaniline/cellulose acetate conductive polymer composite membranes were prepared.The composition and structure of the composite membrane were tested by IR and UV means.The optimum conditions of preparation of polyaniline/cellulose acetate composite films were also explored,and the conductivity of composite membranes were studied.The optimum conditions preparation of composite membrane,the concentration ratio of aniline and cellulose acetate is 1∶5,the temperature 15~20℃,the reaction time 5 min,and the optimum concentration of oxidant 0.5 mol.L-1.Under such conditions,the electrical conductivity of composite membranes are best.
