| 摘 要： | “:藏”与“用”的矛盾自图书馆诞生以来就存在。从现实出发,提出图书馆的建设和发展应该注重其“用”的功能,使图书馆逐步成为平民教育和传播文明的基地,论述了图书馆资源服务面临的三大课题和需大力开展的几种服务形式。

| Abstract: | The contradiction between the "utilization" and the "storage" exists since the library came into the world.Starting from the reality,this paper points out that the construction and development of the library should pay attention to the function of the "utilization" and make the library become the base for the civilian education and civilization transmission,and discusses on three subjects faced by library's resource service and several service forms. |
