| Abstract: | Considering the precision inflence to the GM(1,1) model, this paper improves GM(1,1) model by dealing with the original series using the series operator and the influence factor. The rationality of this method is illuminated by the examples which forecast the number of our college's recruit students and the agriculture total production value in Ningxia. |
