| 摘 要： | 随着网络教育的发展教学网页设计规范化已刻不容缓。为加速教学网页制作规范化的进程，结合Ｗｅｂ的特点，教学的规律、Ｗｅｂ网页设计和使用的经验，对基于Ｗｅｂ的教学网页设计要点进行了论述。
