| 摘 要： | 探讨了复分解沉淀法生产电子级高纯碳酸钡工艺中，加料方式、反应温度、陈化时间对产物中杂质Ｃａ＾２＋、Ｃｌ＾－的影响，优选出最佳工艺条件，使产品中的Ｃａ＾２＋、Ｃｌ＾－含量均低于０．０３％。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the effect of the regularity of charging sequence, temperature, aging time on the content of impurity as Ca 2 and Cl - in the Barium Carbonate which is synthesized by reaction of double decomposition. The best process is found, which can make the content of Ca 2 and Cl - less than 0.03%. |
