哺乳动物热习服中循环系统的变化

摘    要:哺乳动物遭受热胁迫时,体热从体核向体表的转运主要是由心血管系统来完成的,以此实现对体温的调节,讨论了哺乳动物在热习服过程中的心血管系统的变化特征,主要综述了散热与脱水对循环系统的综合效应,热习服对心输出(cardiac output,CO)现分配的影响及热协迫下哺乳动物局部循环的控制机理,旨在为研究哺乳动物对特殊环境(热环境)的适应机制提供理论基础。

Abstract:When subjected to heat stress the thermoregulatory requirements of the body to transfer heat from core to the periphery are met primarily by the cardiovascular system. This paper provides an integrate approach to the cardiovascular changes during heat acclimation in mammals, and has mainly reviewedtheintegrated effects of heat and dehydration on the circula tion after heat acclimation,heat acclimation on redistribution of cardiac output, and the local circulatory control in thermal stress. The purpose of this discussion is to offer theoretical bases for the research on adaptive mechanism to heat in mammals.
