棉纤维原料品质与成纱重量不匀率的灰关联分析

摘    要:经分析认为棉纤维原料品质与成纱重量不匀率所组成的系统为灰色系统,并对这一系统采用灰关联方法进行了分析.给出了分析过程和步骤.经分析计算发现:棉纤维长度是影响成纱重量不匀率的主要因素,棉纤维成熟度对成纱重量不匀率亦有较大影响,纤维细度和强度对棉纤维成纱重量不匀率的影响降为较次要因素,而可以通过工艺设计控制的棉纤维含杂率和短绒率对成纱重量不匀率几乎无影响.这一结论揭示了棉纤维品质与成纱质量的部分规律,可用以指导棉纺织生产.同时证明了灰关联分析是棉纤维原料品质与成纱重量不匀率因素分析的较佳方法.

Abstract:It was proposed that the relationship betwe- en uneven in weight of cotton yarn and fiber quality of the raw cotton materials may be modeled as grey system. Detailed analysis method of the system was further described. By this method, it was found that the yarn uneven in weight was strongly related to the length of the cotton fiber. The index was also influenced by the maturity of the fiber but was insensitive to the diameter and the uneven in weight of the fiber. This finding was consistent with practical observations, which confirmed that the grey system analysis provides a better method for parametrical analysis of yarn uneven in weight.
