| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍职业化的建设,既是维持辅导员队伍稳定的有效形式,也是保障高校可持续发展的有力手段。但目前我高校辅导员队伍职业化建设仍存在着诸多问题,有待于进一步改进和完善。文章阐述了当前加强我国高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的现实意义,指出了当前高校辅导员队伍职业化建设中存在的主要问题,最后提出了当前加强高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的几点对策。
