多孔陶瓷板燃气预混燃烧的试验研究

摘    要:多孔陶瓷板燃烧器头部的主要构件是多孔陶瓷板,其对燃烧状况的影响十分突出,简略介绍了X型多孔陶瓷板的制备工艺,并与热铸成型工艺进行了比较,对X型多孔陶瓷板的特性参数进行了测量,包括外形尺寸、密度、抗弯强度、热膨胀系数、导热系数、抗热震性能,详细介绍了多孔陶瓷板城市燃气预混燃烧的试验装置,对燃烧实验中的热工参数进行了测定,得到了多孔陶瓷板内固体温度的分布,实验结果可和于指导新型多孔陶瓷板的研究及开发。

Abstract:Town gas premixed combustion within proted ceramic plaque was studied experimentally. The experimental rig of the town gas premixed combustion within the X type plaque was introduced and the thermodynamic parameters were measured, including the town gas composition, the flow of the gas and the air, the temperature of the gas and the air and the solid temperature profiles within the plaque under various heat flow. Meanwhile, the manufacturing engineering of X type plaque was introduced in brief and the parameters of the X type plaque were measured, including the three dimensions, bending strength, density, expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity.
