| 摘 要： | 以1998-2005年度中国31个省(市、自治区)的面板数据为基础,利用广义的Cobb-Douglas生产函数,对中国科技投入的经济效果进行了实证分析。结果表明科技投入对经济发展具有明显的促进作用,但是不同的科技创新方式对于经济发展的影响程度显著不同。中国在增加科技投入的同时,要对科技投入的结构和使用效率给予足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data from 1998 to 2005 of 31 provinces,our empirical work investigates the economic effect of technology investment by using general Cobb—Douglas production function.We find that technology innovation has significant effect on economic growth,but the contribution are quite different for different types of innovation.We should pay attention to not only the gross but also the structure and efficiency of science and technology investment. |
