混煤煤灰中矿物行为对煤灰熔融特性的影响

摘    要:采用三种煤灰混合成二种类混合灰样,对混合灰样进行灰熔点测定和变形温度T1下的矿物组成测定,并利用三元相图进行分析.结果表明:混煤灰熔点与混煤比不呈线性规律,而与矿物质间的低温共熔作用有关.混煤灰在弱还原性气氛和T1温度下的矿物组成与SiO2-Al2O3-CaO三元相图的矿物组成基本一致.

Abstract:Two kinds of coal ash samples mixed with three different coal ashes are prepared, and the ash fusion point and mineral composition at deformation temperature T 1 are measured and analyzed with a ternary phase diagram. The results show that the nonlinear relationship between the ash fusion points and the blended coal ratios may be due to the low temperature eutectic melting among the minerals. The mineral composition in the blended coal ash in weak reducing atmosphere and at deformation temperature T 1 is nearly similar to that of the phase diagram of the ternary system CaO Al 2O 3 SiO 2.
